Founder & Managing Director — MMD Central

Entrepreneur. Investor. Business Builder.

Mehran Mahmoudi is the Founder and Managing Director of MMD Central,

a diversified business group focused on building, developing and investing in companies across selected industries.

His approach combines entrepreneurial ownership, operational involvement and long-term investment thinking,

with a focus on creating businesses that are professionally structured, scalable and positioned for sustainable growth.

Leadership

As Founder and Managing Director, Mehran defines the strategic direction of MMD Central

and oversees the development of the group and its operating companies.

His responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, evaluating investments, developing new ventures,

shaping business models and establishing the structures required for sustainable growth.

A central part of his leadership philosophy is building strong management structures around every business.

Rather than concentrating operational responsibility at holding level, each business is developed around experienced and capable management,

clearly defined responsibilities and strong specialist teams with the expertise required for their respective industry.

MMD Central provides the strategic framework, capital, development resources and group-level support,

while qualified managing directors, operational leaders and specialist teams are empowered to manage the day-to-day performance of each company.

This structure allows individual businesses to operate with entrepreneurial independence while benefiting from the resources,

network and strategic direction of the wider MMD Central group.

Building Strong Companies Through Strong Teams

Mehran believes that sustainable companies cannot be built around a single individual.

Long-term growth requires the right people in the right positions.

For this reason, the development of each business includes:

* Selecting experienced and effective leadership
* Building strong operational and specialist teams
* Establishing clear management responsibilities
* Defining reporting structures and performance indicators
* Creating efficient decision-making processes
* Developing employees and future leadership
* Maintaining accountability at every management level
* Providing group-level strategic and financial support where required

The objective is to create companies that can operate professionally, grow independently and remain structurally strong over the long term.

MMD Central develops activities across:

Construction & Real Estate Development
Healthcare & Care Services
Hospitality & Hotel Development
Gastronomy & F&B Development

Investment & Business Development

Each business is developed with its own operational expertise and dedicated management structure,

while MMD Central provides strategic oversight and supports long-term development.

Entrepreneurial Approach

Build with purpose. Lead through strong teams. Invest for the long term.

Mehran’s approach is based on combining strategy with execution — while creating organizations that do not depend on one individual.

Every new project or investment is considered from the perspective of ownership,

management quality, operational feasibility, growth potential and long-term value.

The goal is not simply to establish more companies, but to build professionally managed businesses with capable leadership,

strong teams and the systems required to perform and scale.

Looking Ahead

The long-term vision is to continue developing MMD Central into a diversified group of professionally managed companies

and investments with strong market positions, sustainable growth potential and an increasingly international presence.

Central to this vision is the continued development of strong leadership teams and independent operating companies,

supported by the strategic, financial and entrepreneurial capabilities of MMD Central.
